  • Bryce Hinchman is a transactional attorney at Sharp, Sherman & Engle, LLC who specializes in real property, water law, conservation easements, commercial transactions, business formation, and various other fields in the legal profession.

    Bryce has been licensed to practice law in Colorado since 2015. He graduated cum laude from Syracuse University in 2008 with a double major in Political Science and Communications. After a brief stint in Utah, Bryce attended the University of Oregon School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctor in 2014. He was a Senior Editor for the Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation during law school.

    Prior to his legal career, Bryce worked in the nonprofit land conservation sector at the Yampa Valley Land Trust and Colorado Cattlemen’s Agricultural Land Trust, helping to permanently protect thousands of acres across Northwest Colorado. He then worked as an Associate Attorney at Keller Law with a focus on real property before joining Sharp, Sherman & Engle in 2021.

    Bryce is a dependable, detail-oriented, and approachable attorney who enjoys working closely with clients to solve problems and help them achieve their goals. He shares a love for the outdoors with his wife and colleague, Elizabeth Hope Hinchman. When he is not practicing law, Bryce spends much of his free time skiing, hiking, and mountain biking.
